At Dough, we make food that feeds the soul as well as the stomach.

We are passionate about food and drink, and like to think others who share our enthusiasm find a happy place when they visit our shop. We bake our goods freshly, from scratch, every day on site, and everything we make we make with true artisan care. 

What we do

Breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon snack, evening meal. Whatever you need: we've got it covered. 

Artisan bread, pizza, calzone, pasta dishes, lasagne, coffee, gelato, milkshakes (made with our gelato), biscuits and cakes; all meals can be sorted with no hassle to you. Nothing planned for dinner? We can provide you with oven-ready pizza and pasta dishes. Planning a party? We've catered loads from office meetings to weddings. Whatever you need, we've got your back.

Our history

After 3-and-a-half years under the ownership of Colin and Heidi, Dough changed hands in September 2017, and is now owned and run by David Sturgess.

Our ethos

Our belief is that home made food tastes better and that great food feeds the soul as well as the stomach. We make delicious, honest food with no nasty additives and take pride in everything we sell.
